- The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce is seeking a service desk technician to provide IT support to Department personnel.
- This is position is part of our IT Operations team and is focused on providing tier 1 support to internal customers at the IT Service Desk. The successful candidate will have a background that aligns to our technology direction and a growth mindset that views changing technology as an exciting opportunity.
- Provide tier 1 IT support to Department personnel having issues with equipment such as laptops or iPhones, software, or accounts.
- The key technologies a service technician uses is ServiceNow. Technologies a technician may have to support include (but are not limited to) Windows laptops, iPhones, Office 365, Teams rooms, Toshiba multifunction printers, and a variety of Windows software.
- The IT department currently operates in a hybrid work model mixing on-site and remote work.
