Job Description: Pay Range $53hr - $58hr Design solutions to enable Client products to run in the public clouds. Requirements: This role will engineer cloud solutions in Azure, AWS, and Google that leverage the following services. Networking: Network boundaries. Routing (User Defined Routing, System Defined Routing, Advanced BGP). Network Access control. VPN. Load balancing (Network load balancing, application load balancing). DNS (cloud and public). Cloud specific firewall appliances (AWS, Azure, Google). Third party appliance deployment (ie., Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA). Compute: API administration. Scripting (Terraform, Python, etc). Containers. Kubernetes in the cloud. Serverless functions. Virtual Machines (engineering, access management, vMotion,). Access Control: IP based access lists. Identity management (user access, RBAC, Application identity mgmt and control). Monitoring: Native cloud metrics gathering. Log collection. Performance evaluation. Alerting and Incident response. Storage: Adding a disk to virtual machines. General vSAN knowledge. Storage vMotion. Workflow: Migrating to the cloud. Migrating among clouds. Refactoring applications. Continuous development.
