- DescriptionFInfrastructure and Service Delivery ManagerLocation: Hawthorne CAFull-Time Employment with CLIENT We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure and Service Delivery Manager to join our team!
- This person will be responsible for providing management oversight of the planning, development, implementation, maintenance, security, and production support of our enterprise IT Infrastructure, including Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, and IT Help Desk. Lead the development of IT Infrastructure Strategy and Architecture standards and procedures for the Credit Union.
- Liaison between business leadership and the ISD Team. Accountable for staying informed on new and emerging technology, particularly in the areas of data and voice networks, cloud computing, cybersecurity, server, and storage.
- Ensures IT Infrastructure system performance and target service levels are metManages the ISD staff, provides direction, organization information and feedback, and evaluates employee performance, on a consistent, timely, and regular basis.
- Evaluates ISD team structure, staffing and responsibilities and recommends changes, improvements, or enhancements, when necessary.
