- The IT Infrastructure Admin is responsible for maintaining the Information Technology (IT) Data Center Infrastructure within all Orlando Health facilities.
- Configures, maintains, patches, troubleshoots, and repairs servers as necessary to ensure data accessibility, functionality and resiliency.
- Inventories and corrects records of all Data Center assets in (Cherwell, CMDB, DCtrack, etc).
- Efficient in providing Data Center support, client-server hardware support, printing services, Windows desktop and Server Administration, virtualization administration, and basic Voice and Networking.
- Performs performance tuning and capacity planning activities to enhance the performance of server, database and system utility resources following department standards.
