- 3-5 years of proven sales experience with revenue growth Knowledge or experience in CNC machining and/or welding fabrication Ability to interpret drawings and technical documents Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software Strong communication and presentation skills Self-motivated with excellent time management Organizational and networking abilities Reliable transportation for local travel within assigned territory
