- The incumbent will continually seek efficiencies and process improvements to improve the HR services of the organization under the direction of the Sr. HR Manager.
- Lead and manage a team of HR Business Partners, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success and oversees all HR operations/transactions and day-to-day activities.
- Facilitates HRIS system configuration and maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing and implementation of HRIS system upgrades or patches between Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, and the HR Business Partners.
- Utilizes HR data and analytics to identify trends, assess the effectiveness of HR programs, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and practices, seeking opportunities to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and improve the employee experience; identifies, researches, and resolves problemsAssist in the development and maintenance of affirmative action program, annual filing of EEO-1 and VETS100 reports, and maintains other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations in coordination with the Recruiting Manager.
