- Specialized experience for this position includes: Experience applying a wide range of concepts, principles, practices, laws, and regulations of various HR (human resources) specialties such as recruitment, staffing, position management/position classification, workforce restructuring, employment practices, and compliance.
- Experience with automated HR systems and databases to effectively and efficiently complete assignments including developing, interpreting, and analyzing data extracts and reports and developing the most efficient and effective automated systems approaches for presenting HR reports and graphics for management.
- To meet TIG for positions above the GS-05 grade level, you must have served at least one year (52 weeks) at the next lower grade (or equivalent) in the normal line of progression for the position you are applying to.
