- The HR Benefits Specialist will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, effectively communicating benefits information to employees, and providing exceptional customer service to address employee inquiries and concerns.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations and compliance requirements related to employee benefits, including HIPAA, ACA, and FMLA.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee benefits, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
- Works with Information Services, Payroll, Accounting and other departments to ensure accurate and efficient processing and recordkeeping of benefits administration.
