- QualificationsEducationRequired: High School Diploma or GED.Preferred: Associates or bachelor’s Degree in information management, records management, or related field preferred.
- ExperienceRequired: Three (3) years minimum experience in records management.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of principles, practices and methods of records management, which include identification, storage, circulation and disposal of records; tools and technologies used to capture, manage, store, preserve and deliver information manually or electronically; and the ability to review and analyze records to determine appropriate storage, retention and disposal requirements; and identify and resolve problems and issues related to the management of records.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing; ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others; ability to lift and carry boxes of records weighing up to 15 pounds.
