- In addition to ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and delivering top-notch HR services, this role provides the flexibility of a telecommuting schedule (twenty-four hours on-site and two days remote) and; Essential Functions: Develops scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes such as benefits administration, HRIS integrations and systems, onboarding, and employee development programs.
- Evaluates, selects, and manages HR process outsourcing vendors and contracts.
- Use change management strategies to guide the organization through transitions in structure, processes, or systems, ensuring minimal disruption to day-to-day operations; contribute to HR team efforts to capture and share standards, best practices, external benchmarking, and innovative practices related to benefits, HR technology, and processes.
- Provides leadership and coaching to core staff responsible for benefits administration, HRIS systems, and HR operations to ensure a highly productive and effective work environment; establishes goals, and regularly monitors performance to provide feedback for development.
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in business administration, human resource management, organizational development, or a closely related field.
