- The Human Resources Manager acts as a strategic ally to the executive team and assists in overseeing Human Resources operations, including employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management, orientation, onboarding and offboarding, executing HR initiatives and policies, maintaining personnel records, and ensuring compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
- Oversee and offer counsel on employee relations matters, support leadership in coaching, mediation and problem solving
- Oversee employee recruiting/exit activities, employee benefits/wage & salary programs, employee recognition, employee referral, and employee wellness programs.
- Perform Workers' Compensation/Safety claims filing and report in support of NJ Headquarter and Distribution Center Manager.
- Manage day-to-day operations of employee benefit programs such as enrolling/ terminating health plans and leave of absence.
