- Summary : AO seeks a well-rounded Human Resources Manager to join its Human Resources Team. Under the direction of the Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Manager is responsible for various compliance functions, including but not limited to Benefits & 401k administration, Compensation, Leave of Absence administration, and Payroll support.
- Manage Benefits Administration, Open Enrollment, and conduct New Hire Benefits Orientation for Medical, Dental, Vision, Term Life Insurance, Whole life, LegalShield, Pet Insurance, AFLAC, HSA, HRA, FSA, Dependent Care, Metrolink, Long Term Disability, Supplemental Long-Term Disability, Medicare, and Cobra.
- Backup to Payroll Manager/Administrator for full-cycle payroll processing.
- Manages full-cycle leave of absence administration; administers leave programs and policies by the applicable federal and state employment laws (FMLA, CFRA, NPLA, ADA, USERRA, etc
- Immigration - work with an immigration attorney to process H1B transfers or PERM application process.
