- The Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Analyst is responsible for managing, maintaining and optimizing the Company’s Human Resource Information System(s).
- Administer and maintain the HRIS database, ADP’s Workforce Now and SAP Employee Central SuccessFactors, including data entry, updates, and system configurations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to HR technology and systems.
- Train HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionality, processes and best practices.
- Work requires computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, presentations and data-entry), attention to detail and accuracy.
