The Human Resources Generalist will directly assist the HR Manager with recruitment & selection, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and other HR processes. This role is also responsible for assisting with the development, implementation and administration of HR policies and programs to support the culture and business objectives of Matter Family Office. As the HR Generalist, you are a top-notch process manager, maintaining excellent communication in the execution of HR-related work such as: Recruiting & Hiring – Support the Hiring Manager in reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, scheduling, creating interview materials, checking references, and tracking the candidate's status in the hiring process. Assisting the Hiring Manager in preparing the Hiring Recommendation, Offer Letter and Employment Agreement. Three or more years of experience in a Human Resource related field is preferred.
