- This individual will be responsible and expected to oversee employee & labor relations matters, onboarding & offboarding management, benefits administration, HR operations, compliance tracking & reporting, performance management, workforce development & training implementation, personnel security clearance matters, and managing corporate events.
- Ensures HR compliance and reporting is up to date including but not limited to AAP reporting, EEO-1, ACA, unemployment, VETS reporting, CAP program reporting, supporting the Finance department with W2s as needed, PCORI reporting, OSHA reporting, Workplace, and Facility Clearance posters, I9 filing internal audits, ADA, FLSA, EEOC, etc.
- Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Oversee HR systems including but not limited to HRIS, PerformYard, TalentLMS, Employee Navigator, JobDiva, BambooHR etc.
- Support the ISO, CMMI, and other business audits as directed by the HR Manager.
