- The Human Resources Generalist, with the support of the Director of HR is responsible for maintaining an up to date Human Resource Management System (HRIS), benefit management, employee relations, training, employment, and benefits.
- Maintains employee changes by processing all requests within the HRIS and file system.
- Oversees leave of absence management, including employee and vendor support.
- 3+ years of experience using a Human Resource Management System (HRIS) is required; UKG Pro and Workforce Management preferred.
