- Are you ready to administer the benefit programs for a Human Resources group at a small, very high profile Financial Boutique in Manhattan?
- You will be responsible for taking ownership of benefits administration and act as a back-up to the payroll specialist.
- Administer all employee benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, FSA, EAP, life insurance, disability, supplemental plans, 401(k), and NQDC; act as a point of contact for all benefits related matters.
- in accordance with plan documents and federal, state, and local regulations, such as HIPPA, COBRA, and FMLA. Administer leave of absence programs and documentation for employees (FMLA, NYPFL, NJFLI, Short-term and Long-term disability, and unpaid absences).
- Organize and conduct annual Open Enrollment presentation for benefit selection and coordinates with HRIS and benefit vendors to ensure data integrity.
