- The Human Resources (HR) Associate will support recruitment efforts, such as responding to questions from applicants, monitoring applications in the NEOGOV applicant tracking system, informing applicants who have incomplete applications, sending applications to hiring managers, creating interview schedules in NEOGOV, closing recruitments, and maintaining information in the NEOGOV system.
- The HR Associate will interact with the Library’s hiring managers, job applicants and candidates who are invited to interviews.
