- Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data into HRIS systemProvides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidentialMaintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publicationsContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as maintains hospital licenses and certifications needed NEW EMPLOYEE ORIENTATION & TRAINING Notifies Director of Human Resources of employees failing to complete training despite being notified at the end of each month.
