- A Human Resources and Personnel Analyst will join our team supporting the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), Research & Development Directorate (DTRA RD).
- Additionally, this role may involve support for strategic workforce planning, including analysis of DoD workforce priorities and DTRA planning guidance, developing a critical skills inventory, comparing skill sets to current and anticipated project needs, supporting development of the workforce investment goals and objectives, and the implementation of RD's Strategic Workforce Plan.
- Coordinate with DTRA Personnel Directorate and department leadership to track and manage Military and Government Civilian Workforce matters, including Performance reports, Military requisitions, Civilian hiring actions/processes, and both Military and Government Civilian awards
- Utilize the Enterprise Task Management Software Solution Microsoft SharePoint to facilitate personnel actions and awards
- Experience in Joint, USAF, or Army HR Management
