- The HOP Program Manager will collaborate closely with key stakeholders (Process Safety, Corporate and Occupational Safety, Change Management, Training, and Operations) to drive alignment and continual reinforcement of HOP principles, concepts, tools and techniques.
- Oversee the alignment and utilization of Change Management processes to support the strategic and tactical integration of HOP principles, concepts, tools and techniques across the organization.
- Establish process and cadence for trending data and regularly engaging stakeholders to drive proactive improvements.
- Create and maintain a communication strategy that accounts for recurring training activities, learning team progress and results, post incident response efforts, performance trends, etc.
- Partner with key stakeholders such as Organizational Change Management, Process Safety, Quality Management, and Technical Training in the execution of cultural change programs to drive adoption of human and organizational performance improvements.
