- Job SummaryThis role works within HR Operations and provides centralized HR administration for a defined group of employees.
- Office Location: Westlake, TX Hybrid Schedule: 2 days in office, 3 days at homeJob Responsibilities HR Administration Manage onboarding and off-boarding process, data collection/entry, and processing of relevant candidate and new hire information and reporting.
- Work with rewards team on system-based solutions for the tracking and reporting on payroll and benefits data.
- Including reporting of ACA, EEO, annual employee notices, Vets 100, OFCCP. Work with benefits team on consolidation of data for annual audits and non-discrimination testing of 401(k), pensions, data collection for 5500 reporting.
- Coordinate the interface of timekeeping to the payroll system Ability to effectively work autonomously with the support of the manager, HR administration & HRIS and the wider US Leadership team Job QualificationsRequired Qualifications: Minimum of two (2) years of HRIS administration experience in Success Factors or Workday required.
