- The University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics Department of Nursing Recruitment is seeking a HR Specialist to be responsible for talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of professional and non-professional positions within the Department of nursing; provide expertise on HR policies and procedures and contract implementation related to recruitment; and develop recruitment marketing plans and coordinate recruitment events
- Recommend sourcing strategies to comply with affirmative action guidelines and achieve a diverse and qualified talent pool.
- Utilize a variety of tools/techniques (e.g. social media, advertising, direct contact, job fairs, and community outreach) to drive employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns and events.
- Schedule : Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:30-5:00 (open for discussion)
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources management or business administration or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
