- WG NSTAR is currently recruiting an HR Shared Services Lead for our HR Shared Services team supporting US-wide daily HR Operations in support of our Core Values.
- Reporting to the Lead HR Business Partner, this role is supervisory while also retaining operational responsibility, meaning the HR Shared Services Lead will be expected to perform as an individual contributor alongside the team as well.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday The principal duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Ownership of HR Shared Services activities supporting onboarding, orientation, and badging interface to ensure a positive employee and client experience.
- Responsibility for service delivery excellence, quality controls, and data analysis of support performance metrics related to the onboarding & orientation process, employee records, AskHR tickets, benefits dashboard, time & attendance module accuracy, Paylocity maintenance & configuration support, compliance with organizational policy and procedures, and other areas as assigned.
- Conduct data quality audits and initiate additional data quality audits to mitigate errors/issues and identify opportunities for improved HR Shared Services performance.
