- Rotational assignments will meet current organizational business needs and include but are not limited to an HR Generalist role with HR Business Partner responsibilities for business process groups with exposure to HR Specialist functions, an HR Generalist role in a primary Olin manufacturing plant location with other HR staff, an HR flex assignment at the Corporate office location or a significant special project opportunity.
- Upon successful completion of the Olin HR Pathways Rotational Development Program, participants will be considered for a non-rotational assignment in Olin’s Human Resources organization.
- Minimum Requirements: Participants must fulfill the assigned rotational program commitments and maintain a solid performance rating or greater to maintain eligibility to be considered for a non-rotational placement at the program conclusion.
