- The HR Manager will be responsible for long-range HR planning as well as partner with CoE’s and HR Operations & Services to meet the day-to-day HR operations for the Ferndale Refinery.
- This position also acts as the key HR consultant to the Refinery Leadership Team and other key refinery personnel to assist in the resolution of complex Human Resources issues and for the optimization of Human Resource strategies.
- Consulting with the COEs (Centers of Excellence) on the particular needs of the refinery, e.g., staffing, employee relations, industrial relations, compensation, benefits, expatriate administration, career development, and talent management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
- Facilities include crude distillation, naphtha reforming, fluid catalytic cracking, alkylation and hydrodesulfurization units.
