- An HR Generalist II performs a wide variety of professional human resources work involving assignments of a complex nature requiring a broad knowledge of human resources.
- Work of this class may involve leading paraprofessional human resource and office support employees but does not involve full supervisory duties or responsibilities.
- One year of graduate course work in human resources administration, business administration or public policy from an accredited college or university may be substituted for each year of the experience requirement.
- Knowledge of Federal/State/Local regulations affecting employment and human capital management including but not limited to FLSA, ADA and EEO.
