- The Opportunity: HR Generalist
- The HR Generalist is a critical member of the Client HR and Payroll Team, which provides outsourced HR and payroll services to high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients.
- Responsible for full employee life cycle for client's employees; from onboarding (e.g., new hire paperwork, benefits, and 401k enrollment) through offboarding (exit interviews, COBRA, separation agreements, severance, final paperwork, etc.)
- Assist in benefits management as needed, including leave of absences, disability paperwork, worker's compensation, 401k plan set up, and open enrollment, as well as partner with benefits team to assist employees with claim or coverage issues.
- Drive and coordinate recruiting life cycle for clients including screening, interviewing, background checks, calling references, and drafting offer letters as requested.
