- Position Summary: Responsibilities: Manage onboarding, new-hire orientations and schedules for a smooth new-hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience.
- Assist with creation of offer letters, manage background checks, send new hire welcome kits Responsible for new hire data into HRIS and Ease (Benefits tool) Coordinate with Payroll and Finance team to ensure accuracy of data entry and auditing Assist in the upkeep of organizational chart Manage harassment trainings Work with third party administrators on all leave of absences across multiple states, including FMLA, STD, state paid leave programs, parental and family leaves.
- Other benefit projects and assignments as necessary Assist with immigration requests Support with special projects as needed Requirements Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field.
