- The position reports to the Director, Human Resources and provides support to HR function, including the CHRO, HR Manager and HR Partners, and HR Assistant.
- Serve in pool of back-up for receptionist, as needed Learning and Development: Enroll all new hires in Relias learning management system; act as a back-up point of contact for Relias-related questions and support issues.
- Coordinate New Employee Orientation (NEO) every week, all day, Monday and Tuesday (unless a different scheduled day due to holidays) as well as other trainings, including scheduling, catering, room set up and tear down; create NEO packets for new employees, enter the employees on Dayforce etc.
- Coordinate and conduct, as presenter, some portions of NEO on an as-needed basis along with other Human Resources team members.
- Knowledge of or ability to learn to work with HRIS databases and systems, including Dayforce, DynaFile, Relias, and DocuSign.
