- Responsible for the delivery of HR services to Southland Holdings employees, including: HR benefits, on-boarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and internal and external investigations.
- Ensures effective utilization of HR systems and proper processing of employee status transactions.
- Serves as a business partner to other department and project leaders.
- Assists management with new employee on-boarding tasks to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Provides direction on all Performance Management processes, including coaching, corrective action and performance evaluation.
