- The position will focus on providing HR support to the IRC Sacramento office as well as staff members who report into the NorCal regional team.
- This position reports to the regional HR Manager with a dotted line to the Sacramento Site Director.
- Employee Relations: Collaborate with HR Manager on intake, recommendations, and supporting resolution of sensitive employee relation matters, performance management, and workplace investigations.
- Talent Management: Collaborate with HR Manager in the development of local talent-development strategies.
- Staff wellbeing: Support staff in accessing the employee assistance program, and other wellness supports, ensuring all staff know of available resources.
