- Heeter has experienced significant growth, and we are adding to our HR Generalist team, looking for someone who will be focused on Benefits, Compensation, LOA management, HRIS/Payroll and creating a database dashboard to aid in leadership decision making.
- LOA/WC: Manage administration and all paperwork of employee leave of absence needs.
- HRIS/PAYROLL: Support bi-monthly payroll process with accounting team and ensure employee data accuracy in Paylocity.
- Build Business Analytics Dashboard supporting EOS Traction goals.
- Partner with Safety consultant to manage all Workplace Safety initiatives.
