- RESPONSIBILITIESProcess bi-weekly payroll which includes processing PTO (paid-time-off), time edits, and pay adjustments.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, company policies, etc.
- Assist in any additional projects given by the Director of Human Resources, HR Manager, and Safety ManagerPerform monthly checks on fire extinguishers, eyewash stations, and ladder.
- Administrative work such as filing, copying, posting notices, updating bulletin boards (birthday and anniversary lists, stock prices, benefit information), etc.
- Identify those who meet resume qualifications and move to the next step in the recruiting process.
