- Conduct new hire onboarding to include the review of organizational policies and benefits, office procedures, personnel forms, timesheets, and performance appraisal process.
- Coordinate with Information Technology vendors to identify IT needs and help to ensure continuous access to IT hardware and software for all staff.
- Proven non-profit experience, with at least 1 year of applied experience in HR and office administration.
- Experience with juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced non-profit environment.
- This is a regular salaried part-time (24 hours per week) position with full benefits, generous flex time, and a salary range of $30,000-36,000 annually depending on experience.
