- Job Summary: The Hotel Manager reports to the General Manager of the Pines Lodge and Osprey hotels and assists with oversight of all lodging operations, food and beverage, engineering, housekeeping and HOA management.
- The Hotel Manager is responsible for hotel and rental management operations, staffing and customer satisfaction.
- The Hotel Manager will also assist with HOA oversight, 3rd party Grouse Mountain Grill owner relations, property maintenance and appearance, meeting RockResorts and Vail Resorts brand standards.
- The Hotel Manager leads Epic Service by creating memorable experiences and emotional connections with the team, guests and homeowners.
