- Two (2) years of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club required.
- Make sure all reservations are setup correctly and both FOH & BOH have the most up to date reservation information when service begins.
- Seat Members according to floor plan, dining charts, or assign tables to servers as tables are being seated.
- Double check opening and closing shift side work to make sure SOPs are being followed and all tasks are being completely in a timely manner.
