- The Home Care Coordinator provides mentorship, training, one-on-one guidance, and support to in-home CarePros while providing excellent customer service and professional care to clients and offers administrative assistance.
- Provide supervision of direct care staff (CarePros) including hiring, training through skills evaluation and orientation, mentoring and coaching/counseling
- Provide training to CarePros under the direction of the Manager of Home Care or Professional Care Manager
- Maintain communications with client, client’s families, or guardian regarding changes in scheduling hour or staff.
