- GPAC is partnering with a unique medical nonprofit healthcare center in the Las Vegas area that is looking for highly specialized candidates with excellent diagnostic skills for the specific position of a board-certified Adult Hematologist, with a special interest in benign blood disorders specifically hemophilia and sickle cell disease utilizing the comprehensive care model.
- Must have a medical degree with completion of an internal medicine residency and completion of a 2-year hematology fellowship and must be board certified in hematology
- We are looking for highly specialized candidates with excellent diagnostic skills for the position of Adult Hematologist with a special interest in benign blood disorders specifically hemophilia, thrombosis, and sickle cell disease utilizing the comprehensive care model.
- Hematologists are responsible for conducting physical examinations and analyzing a patient's medical history, studying blood samples and identifying white or red blood cell abnormalities, analyzing patient historical data, and using data to make informed decisions, performing inpatient rounding on hematology consulting services, among other duties.
- Treating diseases such as anemia, hemophilia, or thrombotic disorders.
