- This Health Services Coordinator/CSR role is an entry-level position responsible for providing exceptional customer service via the phone and other modes of communication to customers, as well as the timely, accurate, and productive review of claims.
- Before moving to a hybrid role, this role will start with 2-4 months of in-office training (Beaverton, OR, off 217).
- Serve as customer service contact and address questions regarding eligibility issues, benefits, third-party liability issues (Workers' Compensation), etc.
- Responsible for processing claims in a timely and accurate manner, following our policies.
