- While every day is a new adventure and a cross-platform mindset is a must, the focus areas of this role are organic Instagram (33%), organic TikTok (33%), and Meta + TikTok Ad Creation (33%), with the ultimate goal of iteratively ideating, testing, and growing social activities that drive follower growth, engage our community and hit revenue goals.
- You are THE TikTok, IG and Ad Creative machine – the creative content person that lives and breathes the platforms, understand the ins and outs, are excited to blow up the next big skincare brand, and have an eye for ‘content moments’ while being scrappy and nimble in cranking out a video or engaging story.
- Co-develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies and campaigns across TikTok, IG and all social platforms
- Create engaging, unique, & creative content for all social media channels across the Marin Universe (TikTok, IG, FB, YT, Pinterest, etc), with a focus on viral TikTok growth and a world-class Instagram presence
- Maintain social posting calendar across all TikTok, IG and all social platforms
