- We are looking for a Head of Brand Marketing to lead our integrated brand marketing strategy, planning, and execution across channels (DTC, Amazon, and Wholesale)—and lead/manage our amazing brand marketing team.
- The Head of Brand Marketing will report to the CEO, working closely with our Co-Founders, and oversee all brand marketing efforts—including brand strategy, communications, campaign development and execution, content & creative, brand touchpoints (web site, unboxing, collateral, packaging, etc), product marketing, social media, marketing events, GTM planning and marketing operations, PR, brand partnerships, sampling and hotel amenity.
- Our ideal candidate has extensive, relevant experience in premium skincare/beauty and CPG, across a variety of distribution and marketing channels, with a strong brand marketing and storytelling background.
- Drive omni-channel marketing calendar and weekly marketing share out, tracking and unifying efforts across DTC, wholesale, Amazon, email, paid social, and organic social.
- Foster strong cross-functional relationships, and be a key partner supporting our co-founders and all our channel leaders (DTC, Amazon and Wholesale).
