- As an eCommerce company, we’ve grown from one brand with a handful of products to three brands with nearly 3,000 products including tractor and skid steer attachments, fitness equipment, and outdoor products.
- In this role you will be execute and manage a comprehensive growth strategy that drives D2C customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, while maximizing ROI. You will collaborate with the executive team on a frequent basis across product, design, operations, sales, and customer success.
- Own critical KPIs including new customer revenue, returning customer revenue, CAC, etc.
- Manage an 8-figure paid acquisition budget including channel allocation and performance forecasting
- 5 years’ growth marketing experience in the ecommerce space with an emphasis on paid acquisition
