- Lead and manage the group sales team to reach and exceed daily, weekly, monthly individual and overall ticket revenue goals through sales of group tickets & hospitality.
- Lead, motivate, inspire and coach the group sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Partner with Marketing, Business Intelligence, Ticket Operations and Fan Relations to implement ticket sales strategies based on available inventory.
- Partner with single game ticket promotions and strategize pricing to optimize ticket revenue to achieve group sales goals.
