- In coordination with the Strategic Communications and Humanitarian Information Division, conceptualize and develop infographics and other visual representations that effectively communicate USAID's humanitarian work to public and internal audiences, while ensuring compliance with Agency branding guidelines, as needed.
- Conceptualize and develop design solutions and templates for a wide variety of projects, including internal and external information products, multimedia and print materials, reports, event materials, presentations, newsletters, exhibit/signage materials, digital/social media products, and humanitarian-focused content on the USAID website.
- Act as design consultant to staff by collaboratively developing clear visual representations and layouts that communicate humanitarian programs or concepts, as well as current USAID priorities and strategies.
- Preferred: Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related discipline with 1-3 years of experience in a graphic design role.
- Familiarity with humanitarian and disaster relief issues, USG agencies, and strategic messaging is a plus but not required.
