Job Overview: As a Freelance Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective trade show booth designs. You will work closely with our marketing and event teams to ensure our trade show presence is impactful and aligns with our brand identity. The ideal candidate has experience designing for trade shows, understands the nuances of event marketing, and can translate brand messaging into compelling visual displays. Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Develop creative concepts and designs for trade show booths, including layout, graphics, and overall aesthetics.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and event teams to understand project goals, target audience, and brand guidelines.</li><li>Create detailed design mock-ups, 3D renderings, and production-ready files for trade show booths.</li><li>Ensure all designs are aligned with brand standards and effectively communicate our messaging.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure accurate production and installation of booth elements.</li><li>Provide design support for related materials such as banners, signage, brochures, and promotional items.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative design ideas into trade show presentations.</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. </li></ul>Requirements Requirements: <ul><li>Proven experience as a Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing trade show designs.</li><li>Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and 3D rendering tools.</li><li>Strong understanding of trade show dynamics, including booth layout, traffic flow, and attendee engagement.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.</li><li>Ability to manage time efficiently and meet project deadlines.</li><li>Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. </li></ul>Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
