- The purpose of this position is to consent patients to a participate in a longitudinal study examining the value of contingency management interventions in Substance Use Disorder treatment and recovery.
- This position is supported by a private grant in collaboration with St. Elizabeth Healthcare, Talbert House, and the Center for Addiction Treatment Interested candidates should submit a letter of interest and a current CV. Primary Responsibilities The ideal IHI Graduate Research Assistant is a graduate student at NKU enrolled in a research-based program with experience in community-based research and a range of interviewing techniques.
- The candidate will need: strong organizational skills with attention to detail; excellent client service and networking skills; the ability to work independently but also keep the site supervisor well informed on challenges as well as progress on the work; excellent written and oral communication skills; and strong computer skills.
- Qualifications Preferred qualifications include experience with: database management; counseling or similar clinical skills; familiarity with Cincinnati.
- Any candidate who is offered this position will be required to go through a pre-employment criminal background check as mandated by state law.
