- This role is for an individual who has navigated the complex landscape of the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) or related defense agencies as an engineer or scientist and is now looking to build on that experience to help establish MATLAB and Simulink as platforms for Technical Computing and Model-Based System Engineering.
- Strategic Advocacy and Technical Relationship Building: Through research, customer visits and your technical knowledge and understanding of defense systems engage with stakeholders across the DoD, including entities like JFAC, OUSD(R&E), DARPA, DIU, and the service branches.
- Your role will involve both advocacy for and demonstration of the technical capabilities of MATLAB and Simulink in solving complex problems.
- Using your engineering or scientific background, analyze technology policies and trends, and identify opportunities for MathWorks to contribute to discussions and adoption of MATLAB and Simulink.
- Collaborative Initiatives and Technical Briefings: Lead and participate in technical discussions, workshops, and initiatives that bring together defense agencies, industry partners, and academia to explore the application of MATLAB and Simulink in different technologies relevant to the Aerospace & Defense Industry.
