- The Global Account Manager is a critical position in the success of AIG’s Global Travel Assistance and No Additional Charge (NAC) business.
- Works with the Vice President of Travel Assistance Sales, Business Development Managers, Global Accounts team, and Executive Leadership at AIG in order to grow the client business including product and country expansion.
- Work closely with risk managers/captive management teams and oversees the end-to-end process for funds being ceded to the NAC client captive insurance companies.
- Work closely with VP Travel Assistance, Business Development Manager and Account Development Managers to provide current market and industry trends and anticipate hurdles to ensure that forecasts and programs are aligned to remain competitive in complex conditions.
- Understand the idiosyncrasies of the global client, identifying decision makers, and tailoring approach to align with the internal processes of the account.
