- GM will be responsible for the overall business strategy of all revenue streams of the location, as well as ensuring that gross and net revenue targets are met across all business lines, including but not limited to ticket sales, group sales, food & beverage, retail, event rentals, and event programming and will have full P&L responsibility for the day to day running of the business and be a key contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish business strategy for the location including ticket sales strategy, event rental revenue, retail proforma, and work with the Sales & Marketing team on execution to meet goals.
- Seek out and maximize revenue opportunities through new business development and existing confident pricing of products and services.
- Responsible for all day to day operations including visitor experience, facility maintenance, exhibition, food & beverage and technical operations
- Define strategy to improve profitability and brand consistency standards within the location’s retail, beverage, private events and other income functions.
